If part of your yard stays wet for days after rain, or water finds the foundation every spring, the fix is almost always where the water goes rather than how much of it falls. We install French drains and dry wells, extend and bury downspouts, set catch basins, and regrade so water leaves instead of pooling. Common work on the older, tight lots around Stamford, Cos Cob, Riverside and Norwalk.

Trenched to pitch, perforated pipe bedded in stone and wrapped in fabric.

Restore
Backfilled, regraded, and the lawn or bed put back so the work disappears.
