Landscaping in New Canaan, CT

New Canaan lots are bigger, more wooded and more sloped than what we see down closer to the water, and all three change the work. Heavier leaf loads in the fall, more tree work through the year, and drainage problems that come from water running downhill toward a house rather than sitting in a flat yard.

We handle the maintenance side year-round, take down the dead and leaning trees before a storm does, and install the French drains and swales that keep runoff away from foundations and out of the low spots.

There is also a steady amount of interior work here — carpentry, flooring, bathroom remodels and painting, usually in older houses where the surprise behind the wall is part of the job.
