One crew from tear-out to the last bead of caulk. We gut the old bathroom, deal with whatever the walls were hiding, set backer and waterproofing, tile floors and surrounds, and install vanities, tubs, showers, toilets and trim. Because we also do the demolition, carpentry, flooring and painting ourselves, a bathroom does not stall waiting on four different subcontractors to find room in their week.
